This 4 hour in person workshop is for pregnant people and their birth partner.
It is ideal for pregnant people due to have their baby between May - Aug 2023.
We will cover a range of topics to enable you to feel more empowered and confident as to move towards your labour and birth. This workshop is suitable and tailored towards all types of birth, including caesarean sections. It is a collaborative morning and there is time for discussion and questions.
