Practical Birth Preparation Workshop

This 3 hour workshop is for you and your birth partner/s. You will learn and practice techniques to support you through your labour and birth. You will understand the mechanics of your body and experience how movement and positioning can really change the experience of your labour and birth. We explore ways to manage pain, breathing techniques, hurdles you may encounter and ways to overcome them. Your birth partner will understand their role in your journey, and how to support and advocate for you.
