This is a monthly offering for pregnant women. We will focus on movements to support your pregnancy, breathing techniques and guided meditation. You’ll experience supported deep rest using blankets, cushions and wonderfully relaxing essential oils. Birth preparation is woven through as we explore relaxation techniques, breath work and birthing positions.
Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for women from 14 weeks to labour. Don't worry if you have never done yoga before - now is the perfect time to start!
