Yoga Brunch

The morning commences with a 75 minute vinyasa flow yoga practice. It is fun and uplifting to start, and moves into some restorative and calming elements towards the end, leaving you feeling energised and ready for the rest of your weekend. Following this is a delicious brunch downstairs in the Kings Head. Their head chef prepares a bespoke buffet specifically for our yoga brunch, full of healthy, delicious options.
