Pregnancy Yoga Class - Thu 1pm

Yoga is an invaluable tool throughout pregnancy. It encourages women to develop strength and flexibility, and tune into their body and mind on their journey to motherhood. Classes are influenced by vinyasa flow yoga, encouraging breath awareness while moving through a fluid sequence of postures. Birth preparation is woven through classes as we explore relaxation techniques, breath work and birthing positions. Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for women from 14 weeks to labour. Don't worry if you have never done yoga before - now is the perfect time to start!
